Law Enforcement District Proposition

Shall the Law Enforcement District of the Parish of St. Bernard, State of Louisiana (the "District"), continue to levy a special tax of fifteen and sixty-four hundredths (15.64) mills on all property subject to taxation in the District (an estimated $6,420,000 reasonably expected at this time to be collected from the levy of the tax for an entire year), for a period of 10 years, beginning with the year 2023 and ending with the year 2032, for the purpose of providing additional funding for the District and the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office to provide continued and expanded law enforcement services to the citizens of St. Bernard Parish, said millage to represent a sixty-four hundredths of a mill (.64) increase (due to reappraisal) over the 15 mills tax authorized to be levied through the year 2022 pursuant to an election held on April 6, 2013?
