Shall the City of Thibodaux, State of Louisiana (the "City"), continue to levy and collect a special tax of two and seventy-four hundredths (2.74) mills on all the property subject to taxation in said City (an estimated $355,800 reasonably expected at this time to be collected from the levy of the tax for an entire year), for a period of ten (10) years beginning with the year 2023 and ending with the year 2032, for the purpose of the maintenance of the public streets, roads and alleys within the City?
