Wards 2 and 3 Recreation District Proposition

Shall Claiborne Parish Wards 2 and 3 Recreation District of the Parish of Claiborne, State of Louisiana (the "District"), continue to levy a special tax of five (5) mills on all the property subject to taxation in the District (an estimated $213,800 reasonably expected at this time to be collected from the levy of the tax for an entire year), for a period of ten (10) years, beginning with the year 2021 and ending with the year 2030, for the purpose of maintaining and operating the District's recreational facilities, for purchasing of necessary equipment and paying the cost of maintaining and supervising the recreational facilities?
