Village of Mer Rouge Proposition

Shall the Village of Mer Rouge, State of Louisiana (the "Village"), continue to levy and collect a special tax of three and seventy-six hundredths (3.76) mills on all property subject to taxation in the Village (an estimated $26,850 reasonably expected at this time to be collected from the levy of the tax for an entire year), for a period of ten (10) years, beginning with the year 2022 and ending with the year 2031, for the purpose of maintaining, improving and repairing the streets and public thoroughfares within the corporate limits of the Village, said millage to represent a ten hundredths of a mill (.10) increase (due to reappraisal) over the 3.66 mills tax authorized to be levied through the year 2021 pursuant to an election held on November 2, 2010?
